This is my first time queuing for a real shopping event, and it was a dam good one!
I can still remember that I posted heeps outfits with the Margiela Boyfriend oversized jeans right before Christmas 2 years ago! and now, I am spamming again!
It was a great fun of queuing, yeah, thats allll the fun about this whole experience. Even it lasted for 6 hours and chill air standing, because it happened with the lovely Jiawa!!!!! from Closetvoyage.com and @Tim.lo. We had so much fun together, talking about the bloggers, the designers and every each little things happened in our instagram worlds.
While Back on that special wednesday night,I thought: Mmmm, Australian shoppers and WANG fans wouldn’t be THAT crazy, right ? plus this is more like a winter collection.
( Jiawa from Closetvoyage.com actually asked me the same question a while ago when we were shooting in Canberra. I thought yes, Wang only owns small counters in David Jones in Melbourne and Sydney during the last 2 years, so we would be fine for just going there at 5 am. )
While we were wrong! People started queuing on wednesday night in Melbourne GPO. Melbourne people are full of passion!
So i gave Jiawa an emergency call right after i got the news, so she drove from Canberra immediately.

What really surprised us is that the real pieces looked beyond amazing and luxury than the stock photos H&M provided on their website. And you could not really see the details on the lookbook photos anyway. When you touched them, you know this is bloody ridiculous! It is like a two dollar op shop that full of vintage designer labels you know ? you know that feeling ? You just have to grab as many as you can carry yourself to the car!!! WANG is all about the renovation on the material and the quality in my opinion, so when we really got our 10 minutes in store, we are like,OK, how many can we carry!
