The new venture from brothers Phillip and Anthony Arnold collaborated with currently all female design and architecture studio AJCD, with adventurous head chef Maya Hope, the menu here at Stable Hands are for the open minded ones. Jiawa and I tried a few new things for the first time:
- black rice pudding with infused rhubarb, quandong compote and boab yoghurt
- pork belly hot cakes with compressed melon, smoked ricotta and yuzu caramel
- house smoked chicken, with white anchovy, chard lettuce, lemon aspen, lardo, parmesan, garlic ash
- caramelised grapefruit, with bush dukka crushed avocado, ancient grain granola
