The recently opened Petition Kitchen and Petition Beer Corner is part of the Cathedral Square Project including the new COMO hotel – COMO The Treasury.
The Petition Kitchen fits 90 dinners and 40 more outside. Here are some photos Jiwa & I snapped when we were staying at the COMO.
The head Chef Jesse Blake developed his unique and exacting style working in acclaimed restaurants from New Zealand to Melbourne,
with his French techniques, European twist, and blended with his New Zealand North islands root, this is one place you shall not miss out at.
The Petition Kitchen runs along the side of the State Buildings looking out onto Barrack Street, most of the restaurant’s interiors are remained untreated, just like Jesse Blake’s cooking philosophy and the landscape of Western Australia, simple, raw, fresh and sharing friendly.
