HOW TO STYLE COLOUR ORANGE AND BLUE FOR WOMEN’S FASHION

September 6, 2016

The easiest way to style an woman’s outfit with colour orange or blue is to follow the colour palette rules. Orange looks great with blue, peacock or purple. Also take notes about the colour palettes’ textures and brightness, it will look even better if the contrast are put together with materials such as wool, metallic, patent leather, satin and silk.

Today, Nilofar wears a pilling effect neon orange coat, cable knit jumper by Manning Cartel, dark navy dress by One Fell Swoop, cream and colour blocked sunglasses by Preen, and metal heeled angle boots with peep-toes by Bally Swiss.

if you want to make this outfit more simple and with more clear lines, try replace the pleated cross-over dress by this  patchwork denim mini dress by Victoria Beckham or this metallic PVC-trimmed cutout wool-crepe mini dress by CHRISTOPHER KANE.

If you want to dress down and decide the orange should have all the attention, replace the Bally Swiss statement chunky heels by these one-blue-hued Susanna embroidered denim ankle boots via Chloe or any boots with similar or neutral colour palettes or in shining texture: BAROQUE EMBOSSED VELVET ANKLE BOOTS by AQUAZZURA or Kyoto velvet ankle boots by 3.1 PHILLIP LIM.  Regarding the coat, Stella McCartney Double Breasted Button-up Wool Coat has a netural orange colour or these MSGM hidden button long coat is also a great choice for current season.
