During the past a few years, I have totally switched from a maximalist to a minimalist under my minimal friends’ influences. My personal lifestyle and style are no longer about the shock value and the draw-attention-outfits but the comfort, effortlessness, timelessness and the finer details in life.
Life was hard, hash, stressful and tiring when forcing myself to be a better person tomorrow. But now I realise that having a happy life is to have a happy “today”, also is to accept the little flaws and to appreciate the details in life today. Life is made from many “today”s, and right now is one of the many “today”s, it may be made from burnt toasts, stained white shirts and hangover headaches, but we gonna love the rest of “today” as well, because that is life, and life is beautiful.
Life can be just as easy as Uniqlo’s stuff: cozy, comfy, you can wear them anywhere, anytime with anybody. A pair of loose-fit boyfriend jeans, breezy linen shirt or a cozy knit? Take it easy, appreciate the moment, appreciate yourself, appreciate the finer details in your life.
