Its my inner fight (again)
One side’s craving for fresh salty breeze but another side want to warm the body parts (insert innocent puppy eyes emoji here).
So pardon the confusing outfit here : summer whites, winter grey coziness and Queensland salty wind.
Withdraw the argument above.
Actually I could not think of a more appropriate time to post this winter inappropriate summer idea, nothing new really, but worth reminding.
In my personal opinion, winter doesn’t just mean you have to wrap yourself in 3 layers of cotton t-shirts, 2 layers of heavy and chunky wool sweaters and finish yourself with one huge oversized/unfitted coat just for in case it is SO COLD;
at least you can try a Uniqlo Heattech and/or a cashmere blended coat. these Heat technology involved tees are particularly designed to give the styles back to your winter outfits: thin and short sleeves giving no restriction to your arms and outer layers looks.
Abandon the chunky boyfriend knits, try a slim or skinny fitted blazer instead ( as shown in my outfit here ).
If you dont like the two layers of t-shirts look I adapted below, replace with a fin layer of turtleneck cashmere sweater or a cashmere scarf.
So at the end, it is the colours. I try to impress people with the wrong colours in the winter ( LOL ) — the cold tones.
salty whites, ocean stripes, moody greys, neutral beige, even red and white sailor tees( coming soon )
Anyway, it is all up to you how do you want to work that out, just think before act, and try to work smart not hard. by hard, I mean keeping adding heavy things on.
