PAUL SMITH MEN – SPRING SUMMER 2019

July 1, 2018

Paul Smith‘s new collection at Paris Men’s Fashion Week definitely worth investing in 2019.

Different from his past collections which are more focused on travel-friendly, crease-free, slim tailoring. the SS19 collection is deliverying a upgraded, energetic and rebel message. More volumns and brave silhouettes are involved, more bright colours, brave landscape-ish prints and powerful textures (such as leather) are invested. Below are some of our favourite picks from Paul Smith Spring Summer Men’s Collections 2019. which are your favourite looks?

One of my favourite part of the collection is the use of leather. when PVC, rubber and plastic are dominating men’s fashion weeks; and when sportswear, street-wear and utility garments (such as raincoat) are mixed with high-end brand and luxury designers, Paul Smith still going with luxe fabric and tailoring silhouette makes him stand out from the crowds during Paris Men’s Fashion Week.

Confirming two biggest colour trend in the coming summer – pastel and powdery lavender purple and creamy yellow. I love the blazers are oversized and still quite minimal – just one button blazer.

Leather pants and shirts in monochrome colours such as black, white and red are the highlight of the Paul Smith show. Let’s don’t forget about these bright coloured skinny leather shoes as well. The red leather over coat is definitely a signature and powerful piece.

One of the biggest trend for 2019 Spring Summer: lavender shades and python effect footwear.

Paul Smith introduces his oversized suits in 2019 – in classic Paul Smith luxe and travel-friendly unique fabrics. Also, the light yellow oversized DB blazer in lightweight material is definitely the “IT” piece.

White leather overcoat is something very evolutionary.

Brave prints as always in the house.
